Who handles your data

The controller of your personal data is […], company number (EIK) […], registered office […]. You can write to us at contact@dispecher.com.

This notice covers the “Book a demo” form on dispecher.com.

What we collect

The form collects two things only:

• your firm’s name;
• an email address or phone number to answer you on.

Why

To answer your request for a demo and arrange it with you. We use the data for nothing else, and we do not sell it.

On what legal basis

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation), and our legitimate interest in answering someone who has contacted us (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who receives it

Your request reaches us as an email. Cloudflare sends it, handling the data on our behalf. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

12 months, unless a contract follows our conversation.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct or delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a portable form, and object to its use where it rests on legitimate interest. Write to us at contact@dispecher.com.

If you believe we are breaching your rights, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), www.cpdp.bg.
